1. Product Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will be able to download the zip package from your amember account. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not see the zip package on your amember account after this time period, please email us at [email protected]. You may then login to Support Forums to receive support. Our support will answer you within 24 hours of working day.
2. Theme Subscription
All our premium themes and premium plugins comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and access support till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription manually, in order to continue downloading updates and get support. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the theme and plugin to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of WebHunt Infotech. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
4. Site Content
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on webhuntinfotech.com is the property of WebHunt Infotech. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of WebHunt Infotech.
5. Price Changes
WebHunt Infotech has right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription with or without notice.
6. Refund Policy
We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.
You are eligible for refund for the following:
- If you are unable to get the theme or plugin to install properly on your website.
- If the theme or plugin fails to perform the basic functions as designed.
In above cases you need to send us WordPress admin details and URL of the site and you have worked with the product support team to try to resolve these issues.
You are not eligible for refund for the following:
- Your requirements got changed and you do not need the theme or plugin any longer
- Your client cancelled the project
- You got some other theme or plugin which you think is a better fit currently
- You mistakenly bought the wrong product.
(In this case, we make discounts if you purchase the right one.)
- You do not require a website or plugin at the moment
Kindly email us at [email protected], asking for a refund and stating the reason why you need the refund. We will try to solve your problems or else provide you with the refund. Transaction costs nominal upto 3.5% of the total value is held back.
No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rats refunds for cancelled accounts.
7. Themes/Plugins Support
Themes/Plugins Support means not making the code customization or heavy changes for additional features but is about helping you to install, configure and adjust your Themes/Plugins, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. We cannot provide support for any other third party plugins or scripts and also for WordPress itself. You should not expect any Code Customization for functionality which is not provided within Themes/Plugins. Forum questions via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means will not be replied. Support Forum is the most best place to keep track of all your questions. We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends also but do not expect to get a reply on weekends.
8. Transactional Emails
WebHunt Infotech may on occasion send you email notifications related to your license. These transactional emails may include notification of upgrades, notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase.
9. Browser Compatibility
We consider it our duty to offer a great experience across most major browsers, which is why our products support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer 9+. However, the performance may vary between different browsers, versions, and operating systems.
10. Product Compatibility
The Products are developed to be compatible with WordPress 4.5 or higher because we always strive to stay up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress. You might experience certain performance or functionality glitches with the Products if you use any version prior to that.
Our themes is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.
