All our WordPress themes and plugins free or premium are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.
1. Product Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will be able to download the zip package from your amember account. If you do not see the zip package on your amember account after completing payment order, please email us at [email protected] we’ll add your subscription manually.
All our premium themes and premium plugins comes with lifetime updates and 1 year of support. This means that you can download the future updates life time but support will be provided only for 1 year from purchase date. After one year you can extend support service by subscribing our support service.
3. Price Changes
WebHunt Infotech has right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription with or without notice.
4. Refund Policy
We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.
You are eligible for refund for the following:
- If you are unable to get the theme or plugin to install properly on your website.
- If the theme or plugin fails to perform the basic functions as designed.
In above cases you need to send us WordPress admin details and URL of the site and you have worked with the product support team to try to resolve these issues.
You are not eligible for refund for the following:
- Your requirements got changed and you do not need the theme or plugin any longer
- Your client cancelled the project
- You got some other theme or plugin which you think is a better fit currently
- You mistakenly bought the wrong product.
(In this case, we make discounts if you purchase the right one.)
- You do not require a website or plugin at the moment
Kindly email us at [email protected], asking for a refund and stating the reason why you need the refund. We will try to solve your problems or else provide you with the refund. Transaction costs nominal upto 3.5% of the total value is held back.
No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rats refunds for cancelled accounts.
5. Themes/Plugins Support
For Free Users – Support will be provided to respective WordPress theme directory support forums.
For Premium Users – Support will be provided using Our Support Forum or by direct email.
Premium users can also avail support by contacting us via this contact form or by sending emails to webhuntinfotech[at]gmail[dot]com
Regardless of free/premium users we always try to answer each queries within minutes(it might take few hours but we will never keep you waiting for the next day for a simple reply, unless we are on vacation). We believe users shouldn’t have to wait for the next day to receive a reply. Most of our premium theme users have converted from free users. So, you can count on the support service.
Before contacting us for support questions/issues please specify the product name you are having the difficulty with and detail description of your questions/issues (screenshots are extremely appreciated, image does speak a thousand words). Also, URL link to your live-site or test-site and configuration settings of your PHP/server(If you know).
Themes/Plugins Support means not making the code customization or heavy changes for additional features but is about helping you to install, configure and adjust your Themes/Plugins, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. We cannot provide support for any other third party plugins or scripts as we don’t have any control over their code base. If you want any Code Customization for functionality which is not provided within Themes/Plugins, we occasionally do paid site customization work, In such cases feel free to reach us.
6. Transactional Emails
WebHunt Infotech may occasionally send you email notifications related to your license. These transactional emails may include notification of upgrades, notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase.
7. Browser Compatibility
We consider it our duty to offer a great experience across most major browsers, which is why our products support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer 9+. However, the performance may vary between different browsers, versions, and operating systems.
8. Product Compatibility
The Products are developed to be compatible with WordPress 4.5 or higher because we always strive to stay up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress. You might experience certain performance or functionality glitches with the Products if you use any version prior to that.
Quality-Compatibility with all the major components, plugins, and major web browser as far as possible are the best we try to make. Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress and cannot guarantee they will function with the third-party components, plugins or web browsers. The problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed we have reserved the right to reject support requests in such cases.
